Insights from the 2023 survey revealed notable trends, with a significant portion of respondents falling within the age bracket of 26-35 years, comprising 38.2% of the total responses. 

Additionally, the survey highlighted the increasing trend of multi-banking relationships, with 62.6% of customers maintaining relationships with multiple banks.
